I'm moving onwards to Manchester and am looking for someone to fill my place in the wonderful house. You'd be sharing with two top lads: Tom, a manager at Carphone Warehouse and JR (pronounced JAY-ARE), a lighting technician, professional vegan and general work-alot.

The house came unfurnished, but i'm going to leave a mattress and a chest of drawers for anyone wanting to move in; it's not much but it's more than was there before!

I can't stress how sweet a deal this house is, the place feels and looks lovely. It comes with a beautiful kitchen, a long garden that needs a bit of attention (our workloads slightly neglected that), a spacious living room, a really nice bathroom (it even has a sky light above the shower), a smaller study-type room, another spare renovated attic space and (most importantly) a great selection of bants.

Preferably we're looking for someone to move in straight away so I don't have to pay November's rent; COULD THIS BE YOU????.

There's a deposit of £385 and the rent is £285. Bills generally come to about £50-£70 each (it varies sometimes)
