Double Room in A Friendly House
Sup ladies of the universe,
We're looking for recruits, representing all the women (salute, salute).
We're a fun, sociable house, made up of 3 lovelies, whose main hobbies are eating & laughing ^_^
The living room is our social hub, so be prepared to talk! But we do also like our own space.. so no night time cuddles.
We have a double room available, which is £250 p/m. Bills are roughly £87 p/m. A bond is required also.
The house is close to Cardiff Uni, Maindy leisure centre, Tesco, Lidl, link road the the M4, Roath Park, UHW & Whitchurch Road, & there is parking available outside our house, but is permit only.
We are ideally looking for a female professional (no students!..council tax prejudice) & you also have to be in Cardiff already (we want to see you & get to know you!).
