I am looking for an easy going friendly tenant who shares some similar interests. Who isn't a cleaning nazi but at the same time does keep it tidy. You must be the kind of person who does everything in moderation, that said if you come in at 5am, thats up to you, thats fine!

So for example :) like me, you will sometimes stay in your room, but sometimes sit and watch TV. Sometimes you will be a bit messy, but always clean it up. Sometimes you might invite friends over but not all the time etc

The flat has a large living room with 42 inch TV, 50 mb Broadband, TIVO and is recently redecorated.

The Room is a rear room and will be part furnished with a cupboard, bed and somewhere to store clothes. It has been recently redecorated.

You must have a job, or if a student be able to prove source of funds.

You must have references from a job and a previous landlord If coming to work here confirmation of employment too.
