We have a good-sized, furnished double room to let in a spacious 5 bedroom house. There are two bathrooms in the house (one of which you will be sharing with the other female tenant), and a large lounge/kitchen. There are currently four tenants, 3 guys and a girl. We're all gap year students at Cardiff Uni, in our second year. The house is really close to the main university buildings, several shops and the heart of Cathays. Rent is £300 p/m, excluding bills, and I believe the deposit is £300 (I will confirm this).
Please note there is also a £90 administration fee with the letting agent. The room is available immediately until the end of June 2015.
