2 females looking for a professional to share 3 bedroom flat a short walk from Whitchurch Village and 500 yards from Llandaff station. This is a house share with mother (professional)and daughter (professional).
The room on offer is a newly furnished double room, shared kitchen diner, lounge and bathroom with bath/shower. There is ample parking space adjacent to the first floor flat.
We are sociable, down to earth, clean and tidy.
The majority of the time the shared flat will be with my daughter, I occasionally stay 1-2 times a week dependant on work commitments.
