Looking for a room mate who is a grown up - can tidy and clean up after themselves, has a marvellous sense of humour (like myself) and has common interests.

1 Month rolling contract.

The apartment is on a quiet road top floor ...
- a stone's through from the train station and bus stop
- driving distance into town
- Supermarkets - Lidl's 30ish metres away, Morrisons - 0. 5km. - Very close to the Heath so if you work there then this could be the place for you!!
- Plenty of parking
- Communal Area outside
- All bills included (+Sky Movies/Fibre-optic Broadband)
- No deposit required due to nature of 1month rolling contract.

I am a primary school teacher who works long hours (so none of this teacher's have an easy life business), I like going to the gym regularly, sometimes a run and I like a clean and organised home and ask that you try to keep it the same way. no infliction of OCD's though -cans facing the right way, herbs and spices in alphabet order - good sense, right??

The flat is spacious and extremely well decorated, even if I do say so myself. (See from the pictures!) The building consists of 6 flats in total so a nice small community with friendly neighbours.
