I am leaving this house located in a very quiet area of Cathays, close from uni, shops and 20mn walking from Tesco Extra.
The room is a double bedroom with a large bed (includes beddings), a desk and a chair, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables and various items that I will leave upon leaving Wales.
It is quite bright during the day thanks to the three frontside windows.
The rent is 310 pounds and it includes EVERY bill (even council tax). The deposit is 310 pounds and there is no agency fees.
The other housemates are all students, very nice people who respect others peoples privacy, while also being sociable and maintaining friendly relationships with everyone. This is a suitable room for either a student or a young professional, as I am a professional myself and get along with them very well.
The room is available between december 12th and december 16th.
