We're a young, sociable, professional couple with a small, extremely friendly dog.
Looking for a professional, easy going person to rent our spare bedroom (will consider couples)
Must like dogs!
Also must be cool with occasional guitar playing, as my boyfriend is a musician.
The house is decorated to a very high standard and this is reflected in the price.
House comprises of living room, dining room, large kitchen, utility room, huge bath room, garden and two double bedrooms.
Rent it's £400 for single and £450 for couples. This is inclusive of Council tax, gas/ele, water, TV license, sky TV/Broadband and renters liability insurance.
