Letting a very lovely and spacious double attic room as I have to move back home. The room is furnished with a 3/4 bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house it a nice family sized house that is shared with 6 other students studying at Cardiff University. The house is located on Coburn street which is only a 5 minute walk from the Univeristy, 10 minute walk into town, and a 15 minute walk from Roath Park. Shops, takeaways and pubs are only a minute walk away so very centralised. The Heath and Univeristy of SW is also a short distance away.

The house includes 6 other house mates - 2 boys, 4 girls (not including myself). They're all very lovely and sociable so there is no reason to not get along with them!

Rent is £315 pcm with bills at around £50. TV license is already paid for, as well as wifi.
