Flat share in beautiful Victoria Wharf apartment

I have a lovely room available in a beautiful flat in Victoria Wharf, in the international sports village area of Cardiff Bay.

It's got it's own built in wardrobe and the main bathroom is just across the hall (which I very rarely use as I have an en suite)

The bedroom has a double bed with bedside table, and a large window.

The flat has a semi-open plan living room & kitchen, with a balcony overlooking the communal garden & Taff river with boats docked along the bank.

We have super fast Virgin broadband and Virgin TV. Electricity, council tax and water rates are all included in the rent.

It's in a great location just a 5 minute walk from Cogan train station, and there's a bus stop just outside the gate which both offer frequent transport into the city centre. We also have one allocated parking space that we would share and there's plenty of visitor parking

I'm 24 years old and work in business development (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)

I'm looking for a female of similar age to me to take the double room. Ideally you'll be in full time employment too, also working Monday-Friday office hours to ensure we're both on the same page with our sleeping patterns. I'm very clean, tidy and house proud and ask you be the same. I don't want to have to constantly clean up after someone, so I ask you're well house trained and respectful.
