Large Double Room in 2 Person Flat near Roath Park

Hello,

I'm a 25 yr old charity worker living in a 2 person ground floor flat near lovely Roath Park. My house mate is running off to America in mid-February and I need someone new to live here.

The place is great. It has two double bedrooms (yours would be the spacious front bay), a living room, kitchen, bathroom, small garden. You can park easily on the street outside and it's very handy for local shops on Wellfield and Albany Road. The place is very low maintenance and we try to keep it neat without being obsessive.

The rent is £320 and this includes water. We pay separately;
Council tax (£50) TV (£17) and a quarterly gas and electricity bill.

I'm looking for someone friendly, sociable, with their own stuff going on, not that I don't have time for the occasional drink/ dinner/ TV session. I'd like someone who will help out/ chip in and keep things simple. I really don't mind what you do etc. I just want a happy relaxed house.
