The rent includes all bills.
The bathroom will only shared by 2 of the 3 tenants as my room has an ensuite.
It is a house share with myself (29 yo professional) and Imogen (23 yo professional). My interests include photography, music and film. Imogen's interests include surfing, backing, cycling and swimming.
