We have an all inclusive furnished room with a double bed, in a clean, chilled, well maintained, respectful, non - smoking home, suitable for a professional person ( no DSS sorry) We are set in a leafy suburb, surrounded by lovely fields, by a fishing lake and riverside walks.
Yet an excellent central base for Cardiff City Centre / bus route / M4 / A48.

We have 2 resident cats................
(who are clean, friendly, and keep themselves to themselves )

You will have full use of the house this includes ........ a super fast wi-fi. with unlimited Broadband, fab Virgin package, TiVo, Netflix, Massive DVD collection of 1000 films , 50 inch TV in the lounge, washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, coffee machines, bread maker, ( bit of a gadget freak) a bathroom with a shower and a bath, and a tranquil, secluded sun trap back garden ideal for chilling with a good book and a glass of wine, use of bbq, chimenea, and parking.



All bills are included...........
Council Tax, electric, gas, water, wi-fi, TV license.


Some Evening meals also available if required, cooked by a Qualified French Cuisine trained chef. Ideal for Professional people Mon-Fri....

-5 mins Heath Hospital / Eastern Avenue, - Harvesters 2 minutes away. -
- Near Leisure centre/ pool / Gym.
