The house is very close to Cardiff Metropolitan University and the Heath Hospital. The room is a double bay window downstairs bedroom. House has one bathroom, a spare single room for friends to stay in and a garden. Washing machine and tumble drier are included. Permit parking is available for the road.
We want someone with a fun, sociable personality who enjoys nights out but also movie nights in.
