We have a room available in our large 4 Bed townhouse!
We are currently 2 guys and 1 girl and are looking for another girl to complete our house.
We are looking for a professional female who is friendly, easy-going and sociable.
The room is on the top floor and is a good-sized double room with excellent storage. You will share a bathroom with one other person.
The living room and kitchen are large and are fully furnished with everything inc. dishwasher.
We have Broadband and Sky (all normal channels plus sports). Lastly, there is a nice sized garden, a garage which we use for storage and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
10mins to centre of Cardiff (St Mary's St/Queen St), 10mins to Pontcanna & 5mins to Canton.
Rent is £400 including all bills.
