Double bedroom available from 1st July 2015 (£220 ppm)

Hi there, we have a double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house shared with 2 female students and 1 male student. The house is located on Mynachdy Road (ideal for Cardiff Met students as it only takes about 12mins to walk there!). We have a living room, kitchen (downstairs), a bathroom and a separate toilet (upstairs). There's also a shed in the backyard to keep your bike if you need it. The room has a double bed, study desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We're easy going and will all be doing our finals so would appreciate if you don't party till 3am during weekdays. The rent will be £220 per month and an extra £40 for bills so a total of £260 per month. Preferrably a non-smoker as the house is smoke-free and we would like to keep it that way.
