Hi there!

I've got a small but perfectly formed double room available in my house in Roath. It's got all furniture in the room with ikea drawers, wardrobe and a double bed.

To share house with existing tenants, Chris and Mel, who are personal friends of mine who are lovely.

House is in a quiet street just minutes walk from Albany Road, Roath Park and just 20 minutes walk from City Centre.

There's 2 separate living rooms and kitchen. Even though the bedroom is a bit smaller, theres loads of space in the rest of the house for stuff. There's also a guest room in the house for added storage.

I'm one of the current housemates and am moving out mid April and moving to Southampton. I need someone to replace my contract, from now until this October (and then for longer if you'd like)

Rent is £300, bond is £300.

Council tax and and utilities are currently £80pcm.
Water and broadband is £33pcm.
