We have two stunning double bedrooms available to rent in our beautiful, spacious detached property in Llandaff, Cardiff.

The property overlooks the River Taff and is a 5 minute stroll from the BBC Wales headquarters.

The property is on a quiet road and has off-road parking.

The rooms are accessed via a private staircase from one of the two living areas.

The larger room (listed as bedroom 2 on the plan) has a walk-in wardrobe/ dressing area which includes two large wardrobes and chests of drawers, two side tables and a king-sized bed. A desk is available on request.

The smaller room (listed as bedroom 3 on the plan) includes a double bed, two side tables, a desk and a wardrobe.

The separate staircase also leads to a private bathroom, to be used exclusively by the occupant(s) of the rented rooms. The bathroom consists of a powerful double shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

The rooms come with use of our living areas and large kitchen, broadband, Sky TV, linen and towels and breakfast basics.

The rate for the larger room is £360 per month on a Monday to Friday basis. The rate for the smaller room is £340 per month on a Monday to Friday basis.

Alternatively, we would be willing to consider letting both rooms - and therefore the whole side of the house - to one person for £550 per month (on a Monday to Friday basis).

The rooms will be cleaned by a professional cleaner on a weekly basis, the cost of which is included within the advertised price.

Odd weekend stays are available upon request.

There is a bus route into town at the end of the road and two local train stations nearby. It is a 10 minute drive into Cardiff city centre.
