I am the 5th member of an all girl house on Wyeverne Road and just a stones throw away from the Woodville pub. I am moving out in February as I have got a new job in London.

I am so sad to leave as everyone I live with is absolutely lovely and we all get on. We each do our own thing but also like to cook together and have a drink together time to time. Three of my flatmates are students and the fourth is a working girl like me.

The house was only built two years ago so everything is pretty much brand new and in good condition. There is a shared open plan lounge and kitchen with a dining table. There is bathroom and separate toilet which is handy! The room is £275 a month plus bills which comes to £310 monthly. The rent contract is until the end of June and you will be required to live here for the full 4 months. My room is fully furnished including a double bed, desk with draws, chest of drawers drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, shelves, full length mirror.
