Looking for a professional female to share a great 2 bedroom flat with.

Rent is £380 per month and includes water, electricity and council tax.

Bedroom can comfortably fit a double bed although it currently only has a single bed in there (feel free to upgrade if you want!) and has ample storage space.

There's a combined kitchen and living room with a Juliette balcony. Kitchen has fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There's plenty of crockery and utensils etc but there will be plenty of space should you already have your own.

There's a good sized nautically themed bathroom too.

No wifi in the flat as yet but will be put in shortly - this will be extra to the monthly £380 as it's not yet installed and I'm not sure what the cost will be.

The flat is in a well looked after purpose built block of flats and has great connections to town, Roath and the M4.

I work full time and am really easy to get on with. If I'm not out and about I'm happy to sit and have a takeaway and movie night in! I don't smoke and it's a no smoking flat.
