Double Room available in lovely Cardiff Bay flat

Hi I'm Lucie, I'm 19 and work as a Therapy Support Assistant at a specialist Children's Therapy Centre.
I'm currently living in a two bedroom flat in the bay, however my current flat mate is due to move out.

I would love to stay at the flat, because it's really lovely and so convenient!

You would have a double room and use of a good size family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. We have a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room and there's a balcony. The flats include full use of the gym, swimming pool and sauna on site and there's a concierge (so handy for post and parcels).

I currently pay more rent for a slightly bigger room and the car parking space on site. However, there is loads of safe and most importantly free 24 hour parking available just across the road in a supermarket who have allowed tenants with two cars to park with them!

I'm looking for a tidy housemate, at least in the common areas (I don't think girls can be expected to have a tidy bedroom all the time!). A nice easygoing individual, up for socialising and preferably a professional too.

£450-460 - Rent (which includes water and leisure usage), Electric bill, Council Tax, Broadband, TV License.
This may go down because I'm currently looking at cheaper tariffs, but that is the most it would be with everything included!

Looking for someone to move in no later than 1st April.

Deposit of £412 is to be paid to the landlord as this would be the start of a renewed 6 month contract (rent + £100) I'll double check on that amount though. Obviously you get it back at the end of the contract!
