5 bedroom student house available from July 2015!

Hi there,

I am a private landlord with a 5 bedroom student house on Dogfield Street, Cathays which will be available from July 2015, perfect for the academic year starting in September. The house is a great location from Cardiff university (about a 10 minute walk), about half an hour from town, and also close to Cathays train station and Roath Park. There is a bus stop very close by and there are loads of great cafes, restaurants and shops etc in the area.

I'm looking for undergraduate or postgraduate students to fill the rooms. I would prefer 5 people to rent the house as a group, but it's also possible to rent out the rooms individually.

All of the rooms are double rooms and are fully furnished, as is the rest of the house. There is a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk, desk chair, curtains and mirror. The kitchen has a new boiler, washing machine and fridge freezer, and also includes a microwave. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a separate toilet. There is also a garden at the back of the house, with enough room for a table and chairs.

The rent is £270 per month, which includes internet and Freeview TV. Other bills aren't included. The security deposit is also £270.
