Double room Pontprennau with parking

I'm a live in landlord looking to rent out my spare room, it is a spacious double room with ample storage space. The property comprises of large living room, Kitchen, conservatory/dining area, shared bathroom and a garden, there is an allocated parking space at the front of the property.

A bit about me, I am a 33 year old professional female and also have a dog called Bertie who is a beagle cross. I tend to be quite busy with either the dog or I play netball and horse ride, I tend to exercise at least two times a week.

The room availability is negotiable, my current housemate has been offered a job closer to her partner. She officially leaves at the end of August but has said if a new person needs to move in sooner I she could find alternative accommodation. It will be £425 a month including all bills (gas/elec/water/council tax/broadband/BT tv and Netflix).
