There is currently one double room available from the end of March 2015 until 30th June 2015. (I have been informed by the agency that the contract cannot be extended as they have a group taking over, so any any remaining tenant would have to vacate after the 30th June 2015). The room comprises of one double bed, wardrobe, chest draws and a study desk and is located on the top floor with an apex roof.

The flat is located a short 2 minute walk to Albany road and City Road with lots of pubs, shopping and takeaways nearby. The flat is also only a short 3-5 minute walk to town and only a 10-15 minute bus ride to the heath hospital.
