Double room in a fab location, quiet neighbourhood

Double room available, furnished, Virgin TiVo in room, in a 2 bed end of link house. I have small a dog who is in the house half of the week, dog people essential. My house is in a cul de sac and is a quiet neighbourhood in pontprennau. Asda is a 5min walk, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. My house is about a 2min drive from the M4 and A48, so very easy to get around. I have a large drive and very good size garden and patio. References needed
