I'm looking for someone to take over my contract from beginning or mid or april. The property is a 2 double bedroom flat in the best location in a friendly house. The first room goes out to the street (Cathays Terrace) and has two windows. The other goes out to the back of the house and has one window.
There is a 1-minute-walk to a Tesco Express, it's 5 minutes to Lidl and 7-10 minutes to uni. The bathroom and the kitchen are nice!
We got a lot of stuff like duvets, lamps, kitchen stuff and laundry stuff and I'd say there's everything you need now.
I will leave in mid-April and go back to Germany for good. The contract for the flat goes until the end of June. The rent is 650£ pcm + ~100£ bills including gas, electricity, internet and water but this can all be figured out. :)
