Housemate wanted for happy houseshare

Hi there,

We're looking for someone that's going to love living with us in Cardiff.

I'm Tom (a chemical engineer), my housemate is Bethan (who works for a charity, but planning to do a midwifery course) and we're currently in two of the three bedrooms. We both work pretty hard and like things to be very easy going at home.

I bought and totally renovated this three bedroom house last year and it's looking really nice now. I'm very handy and love a bit of DIY, so any "call the landlord" issues are likely to get sorted out quickly.

The boiler is brand new and the house heats up very quickly - the latest gadget is a nest thermostat which you can adjust with your smartphone. There’s also a massive garage available for storage or hobbies.

All bills are included in the price. life’s too short for spreadsheets and notes on the fridge :)

Many people new to Cardiff head straight for Roath, Cathays or the Bay but Splott does have its merits - free and easy parking, a reasonably short (20 min) walk into town and it’s less crowded. Moorland Park is literally over the road and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk.

Awesome shower (first things first)
Smoking - No smoking in the house, but out back is fine
Cleanliness - we’re fairly clean and tidy but not forensic about it - a nice balance for sharing. we have a dishwasher.
Full double glazing, new radiator in room for let
Comically big TV (51”…) in the living room with netflix etc
Room is furnished but we could work storage out in the garage
New Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer
Gas hob, electric oven - nice to cook in.
