Hi there!

I am offering a large double bedroom in a two bedroom house situated on Alfred Street in Roath.

The bedroom itself has attic style beams and ceiling windows which let in a lot of light. The bed is actually larger than a double, I believe it is a queen size so plenty of space if you like to starfish out like me. There are also wardrobes and a chest of drawers and plenty of extra room for all your stuff and things!

The house is adorable because it's a coach house convert. There is a spiral staircase up to the first floor from the living room. The kitchen is quite small but it's pretty much all yours as I'm not at the property very much due to work. The living area is massive and again rarely used by me unless you'd like to host videogame tournaments with me. If you have green fingers there's a small patio/garden area outside which I haven't brought myself to do up yet, but I could be tempted if summer barbecues were in order.

I am seeking a like-minded housemate to move in May 12th onwards (dates may possibly be negotiable from the beginning of May-end of May). I'm pretty laid back and keep myself to myself but always up for a cup of tea and a chat at any godly or ungodly hour.

The deposit is £375 (to be paid to my old housemate so the date on that payment is negotiable) and the signing fee will be £66 each. No agency fee.

The rent is £375 and bills usually land at around £145.

I am available all day Tuesday (24th March) and Friday (27th March) to show you around and give you the lowdown. Also any time after 6pm on any day that week bar Monday.
