Fully furnished room in beautiful, arty house

We have a large, furnished double room available from the beginning of April in our house.

It's a nice big house with a huge bathroom, beautiful living room, a lovely country style kitchen with all mod cons and it's fully furnished.

There's also a separate dining room, and a lovely garden full of plants.

You will be living with one other person- a 25 year old male who works long hours in production.

It's a really friendly, laid-back and perfectly located house, close to lots of parks, nice shops, bars and cafes, 15 mins from Chapter arts centre and about a 10 minute walk into town and central station.

The great thing about this house is it has everything you need already- duvet covers, cutlery, plates, books fresh towels, lots of store cupboard ingredients etc which are all free to use.

It really does feel like a proper 'home' with gorgeous artwork on the walls, plants, furniture and lots of nice little quirks which make a living environment extra nice.

We're looking for someone easy-going, reliable and tidy! Call us to come round for a viewing and a cup of tea.

Just some extra adminy bits - the room is available from the beginning of April. The rent includes bills.
