Beautiful house

Two room available for a Professional to move at the beginning of July.

The house is close to Albany road, a quick walk into the city centre and close to Roath park for when the sun eventually decides to show itself. There’s a garden at the back which is perfect for the occasional BBQ and a cleaner comes in once a week (Especially helpful when we’ve had a BBQ on the weekend).

Of the two rooms available, the first room faces the back garden and the second is in the converted loft. Both rooms are furnished.

The rest of the house is shared with other tenants and includes an extended lounge and dinning room (Perfect if you ever wanted to appear in Come Dine with Me). The kitchen offers all the necessities to cook meals as is regularly done by those living there.

It always been a sociable house and never any issues with friends coming round. The neighbourhood is safe and there are nice restaurants and pubs just round the corner on Wellfield Road.

The house itself is really well decorated and clean.
