Looking for a friendly professional or student to take over my double bed room as I am moving to my home country. It is a doubleroom(largest room) in a 4 bedroom modern flat, near city Road.

The room is available from 1st June until end of June, though this advert is only for a one month but you can further extend the contract starting July.

The room has a nice double bed, wardrobe, , a study desk and a remote controlled electric heater which is extremely convenient.

The house has two toilets and one bath, one shared living room with dining table, tea table and sofas. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge & freezer.

The house is just off Albany and City road with all the shopping, pubs and take away nearby. It is only 10mins walk to city and 10mins bus ride to health hospital.

The room is inclusive of all bills and with it's location right off city road it's a bargain.

Ideal flatmate would be someone who is friendly, tidy and keeps the house clean.
