Professional / Medic / PhD / Post-grad Wanted for a fully furnished single room in Maindy/Heath. We have a 3 bedroom house for me and my house mate (PhD student and Heath Physio Band 5 Graduate) plus our friendly dog. We're looking for another house mate to come and join us.

The house has two separate bathrooms and showers.

There's a very large kitchen with a number of storage cupboards and work surfaces, built-in electric oven and gas hob, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Use of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Separate living/dining room with dining table/chairs and sofa. Fully central heated with modern boiler and double-glazing.

Bike storage available if you have a cycle.

A well maintained sunny rear garden with a patio area, table and chairs, and clothes line. Nice neighbours on a quiet cul-de-sac street close to the Heath Hospital, Cardiff Met and Cathays.

Rent includes utility bills and wifi. Council Tax excluded from rent if full time student. Otherwise share of council tax bill required. No agency fee. 6 month minimum let. Deposit required.

Easy access to the University Hospital, Cardiff Met or School of Optometry (both 15 mins walking).

Shops, cafes, take-aways, post office, library, etc all nearby. Also there is Pontcanna Fields Park for relaxing, jogging and the Maindy Sports Centre with a Swimming Pool, gym and cycling velodrome.
