Lovely rooms in roomy house

I’m moving in to my partner’s house round the corner and want to rent out, eventually, up to four rooms. Two are available immediately.

It’s a spacious, comfy home, three floors, a light knock-through living room, five bedrooms in all with a quiet garden to the rear and lane access.

The one bathroom has a great shower and there’s an additional toilet at the rear. Two rooms are large doubles, one a smallish double and the fourth is a large-ish single.

The house is has most mod-cons: superfast Virgin broadband, flatscreen tv, a house phone with free landline calls, a log burner, a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a range cooker, dishwasher, two fridges, a washing machine and tumble dryer (though the Miele people need to come and fix that before the winter!). In the meantime there’s a washing line and clothes driers. Oh, I don’t think I have an iron - gave that up some time ago!!

Anyway, the lovely Thompson’s Park is just across the road with Llandaff Fields a stone’s throw further, there’s easy on street parking, and buses go to town every ten minutes from round the corner (though I like to cycle down the Taff). It’s a seven minute stroll to the grazing grounds of Pontcanna and about the same to Chapter Arts Centre. Llandaff High Street is about 10 mins walk and the BBC (where I used to work) 15mins.

The rent would cover all bills and ideally I’d like to let for six months minimum (though I’m happy to consider less) and with the right people make it a fun, comfortable place to live.
