Spare Double Room in Professional Flat Share

Double room available in Edward England Wharf as unfortunately my current flatmate is moving out due to gaining a new job.

The flat is close to the city centre and is a five minute walk to mill lane, train station and st. davids shopping centre.

There is one double room available, with a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Light and spacious property in a pleasant block of flats this property would suit a young professional.

The flat is owned by a friends parents, who are very easy to get along with. While I am finding a new tenant, they will manage the contract and deposit.

I myself am a young professional who works in the city centre of Cardiff and sometimes find myself working away. I am easy going, enjoying sports, the gym and a night out at the weekend. The flat is normally quiet during the week due to work and we try to keep it clean.

Bills are not included but as an estimate per month they will be:
Electric £30
Water £15
Council Tax £55
Sky £30 - This includes broadband, phone line and all channels with exception of movies.
