The house is close to the city centre and transport links. Also very near to local shops, pubs and takeaways too.

There is broadband, central heating, double glazing and a washing machine.

There is a pleasant garden, great for BBQs. There is permit parking at the front, and some non permit parking too.

The current tenants are young professionals in their early 20s to mid 30s, who are friendly and sociable.

There is an additional monthly charge of £50 paid directly to the current tenants so they can pay the bills.
