Fully furnished, large house with gym and other luxuries (50" communal TV, full sky package) immediately available in Cathays.

Due to a change in employment I need to find a housemate to replace me on my current housing contract - which lasts from now until June 1st.

The house is currently home two four others - two mature, final year students and two professionals (one working as a professional chef and one in recruitment). All housemates are mature, respectful and very easy-going and laid back - they have always been ideal housemates for me and I wouldn't expect any problems in this department.

This property includes a gym room (furnished with equipment), full Sky TV (with sports and movies) and a 50" state of the art television in the living room which the tenant will of course be free to use.

Bills are well organised by one housemate who is remaining and organisation of them is flexible depending on however you wish to organise it.

The room itself is the largest in the house, with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws and desk. It is a very nice room for the rent amount!
