Friendly Canton house share!

We are two girls in our late 20s looking for a fabulous new housemate to share our home in Canton.
Whilst we have our own interests, we do hang out when at home.
We're looking for someone similar who is friendly and sociable, and who is considerate to us and the space we share. It is very much a home!
One of us is Vegan, although veggie not essential. If you are clean and considerate when it comes to the kitchen area we'd be happy to hear from you.

The House is very well situated - a 30 minute walk from town, close to all the culinary wonders and endless ameneties of Cowbridge Road, 5 minute walk from Chapter, and a 1 minute walk from Thompson Park.

It has a lovely big living area, wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

The Room is a small double overlooking the back garden,  and gets lots of light. It will come with a a double bed and chest of drawers. It shares a wardrobe on the landing, with one of the other rooms.

The rent is £292 per month, with around £120 bills on top which are paid seperately (TV license, wifi, ameneties etc).
As we let through an agency,  to move in there will be a small admin fee and also a deposit.
