Hello! I have a sumptuously appointed spare room in my large, clean and tidy house available to rent on weekday evenings in the heart of Canton, Cardiff's best area... in my humble opinion.

The room comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, draws and a rail for your clothes. There's a garden outside, and a newly fitted kitchen and a large living room and dining area.

You'll also be sharing the house with Biggie, the coolest cat in all of Cardiff. He's incredibly charming and has been known to wow even the most ardent of moggie haters.

Moreover, you'll be in the heart of Canton, with its pubs eateries and parks, and a 20 minute walk (or a bus ride) to town.

I'm an easygoing sort of person who values my own space. I'm usually busy doing something or another. I like music, travelling, cooking, arts and culture.

In terms of a lodger, I'm looking for someone who's clean, tidy, independent and fairly sorted in life.
