One room or the complete 5 bedroom house - Cathays

AVAILABLE: We (five Erasmus-Students) offer a house from the middle of January (20.1). The house has 5 rooms and is completely renovated and is in Malefant Street (Cathays). It has two bathrooms, a big kitchen, a nice terrace and a lovely living room. You need about 5 minutes to the Main Building of Cardiff University and about 10 minutes by bike to the Sport Hall and the city center. Tesco and Lidl are both nearby. The contract will run six month (or longer) from the beginning of February, but it is possible to rent the room to somebody else if you leave earlier. The whole rent must be paid in advance.
We have already bought things for the kitchen like pots, plates, pans,… and we would like to sell these thing to you, so when you arrive you can just come and feel at home.

Some facts about the house:
- Cost each month without bills: 330 £
- Contact runs from: February – July (if you like longer); It is possible to rent the house to somebody else
