Bay side flat

A fairly spacious flat tucked away, close to town and bay. Newly fitted kitchen, and bills don't come to much.

Housemate who's flat it was originally has bought elsewhere and will be moving, bedroom comes with double bed, shelfing unit, bedside cabinet and a canvas wardrobe which housemate can leave for small fee-as it's her personal one.

Car parking space available, shared communal areas and bathroom.

I'm very easy going laid back individual working mainly shirt type work, not often at home, but enjoy decent company and nights out. Fairly active generally also.
