I would like to inform you guys if anyone looking for an accommodation. I have a spare room to rent. The room is available on 12th January 2015. The location is stunning. It is a two-bed flat in an exclusive Ocean Reach Development in the bay. The flat is located on 4th floor. It is 5 minutes walking distance to Cardiff Bay rail station. It is also walking distance to Mermaid Quay and Millennium Centre. The flat contains large living space with wall to ceiling windows, tv(license has already been paid), large balcony within panoramic view of the bay and Mermaid Quay. The kitchen is fully equipment with dish-machine and storage room includes washer-dryer. The bathroom is large and finished in exclusive standards. The room for rent is large size double, furnished within oak frame double bed, two side drawers, large storage drawer and mirror. It also includes built in wardrobe. The flat includes electricity heating. The monthly payment is £400 and not includes electricity and water. The internet is also available. The flat has its own one allocated closed car-parking space.

I prefer to rent this room PhD students or academic staff in University of Cardiff. I do not prefer to rent room for couples or whom has got pet.
