Modern Apartment Mon-Fri

COWBRIDGE: double room suitable for one professional person, Mon-Fri only.

This is a modern, second floor apartment in a quiet cul de sac, two minutes walk from Cowbridge High Street with excellent shops, pubs and regular bus to Cardiff and Bridgend.

As the owner/landlord, I am usually only there for an odd night midweek and weekends (in separate bedroom) so you will mostly have the place to yourself.

The flat is nicely furnished with a sunny sitting/dining room, recently fitted kitchen with electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washer/drier. Bathroom is fully tiled with bath/power shower. There is a shared garden area and parking. Please note, the apartment is on the second floor with quite steep stairs so not suitable for the elderly or infirm. It is in a small, quiet block of six flats, so I'm looking for a quiet, considerate tenant only.
