Large double room in central Penarth

Large furnished double bedroom available in six bedroomed victorian family house (two sons at University) in central Penarth. Sole use of bathroom on top floor, large garden, washing machine, bed linen and towels. wireless broadband and use of shared living room and kitchen. Sole use of own separate living room if preferred. Railway station at the top of the road for the short journey to Cardiff with easy access to the Bay and the M4, (bus, train, road, cycle). Bills included subject to reasonable use.

We would prefer to provide accommodation for someone on a Monday to Friday basis or student who needs short term accommodation. Our dog is a springer spaniel and she is very friendly. No smoking household. we are used to lodgers.
