Double room in professional house

Professional male or female wanted to share my lovely house in Barnetby-le-Wold, North Lincolnshire.

Fantastic, quiet location, 3 bedroom detached with drive/roadside parking and sunny gardens.

The room is a furnished, comfortable double and you will have more or less sole use of the house bathroom with over-bath shower.

The property is a sub-let from a really great guy called Jim, who visits once every 6 weeks or so for a long weekend and stays in the spare room.

I am looking for a co-sharer who will enjoy the use of the shared facilities including lounge, kitchen, utility room and conservatory.

Looking for sharer who is clean and tidy and willing to undertake equal share of the hoovering etc.

Would suit professional who is amicable and sociable.

The house and room are fully furnished.

Some garage space is available for a bike/motorbike etc.

Jim brings his dog with him, a very sociable Bernese and the neighbour's cat drops by a couple of times a week, to say hello.

I am 32yrs/male and a pilot employed at the Airport which is a mere 10 minutes drive/4 miles away. I work a mixed pattern which involves some 4. 30am alarm calls so the house does require a considerate sharer. (As I always would be)

All this is offered for £340 per calendar month, (no other bills).
