Lovely Double En-Suite Room

Double en suite

My en-suite has become available. It will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and steam cleaned.......You supply your own bedding and towels due to covid...quiet household....
I have a large cosy double room, En-Suite-shower and toilet available in my home, Double bed, Wardrobe, tv, bedside tables, 2 chest of drawers and plenty of store age in drawers under the bed... use of washing machine, share kitchen...unlimited broadband, ...... use of garden. Parking..... It is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Burringham which is only a short few miles from Scunthorpe, close to M180... Tesco, Asda, Scunthorpe hospital, John Leggett and North Lindsey College. The village has a nice pub that serves food... and a fish and chip shop... lovely walks along the river Trent. My garden gate opens onto a field, and farmland beyond... there is some good exercise equipment, which has just been built along side a `Muga`( multi use games area) which is used for ball games etc, so opportunity to keep fit without paying gym prices....
I am looking for someone quiet and tidy, I am easy going, but do expect you to respect and look after my home as I do, you will be responsible for keeping your own room clean, and clearing up after yourself in the shared areas...

freshly steam cleaned, supply your own bedding and towels.. own shower and WC... own sitting room with 50 inch TV. garden, easy parking, cul de sac... quiet house, fish and chip shop and pub doing meals in the village
