Rooms available in a modern house in Cleethorpes

I have rooms available in a shared house in Cleethorpes. The rooms are available very shortly and come unfurnished however basic furniture could be arranged if necessary. There are 4 large double rooms, 1 small double room and 1 single room. The monthly rent includes bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband) and a cleaner will come in once a fortnight to clean the communal areas which include a large kitchen/diner. We will be conducting checks on tenants however if you have bad credit but someone prepared to be your guarantor that will be fine. Please call/message me if you want to rent a room in this property.
