Hi, have a room on the outskirts of Grimsby and only 10 minutes from the town centre.
It is a matter of minutes to the A180/M180.
10 minutes from Immingham, 30 minutes from Scunthorpe and 45/50 mins from Hull.
GCH, room has a single bed but would accommodate a double (and has previously), internet, ample wardrobe space, very clean, quite funky/trendy, private house. I have a cat but he's never allowed in the bedrooms.

Would prefer a Mon - Fri professional who travels home at the weekends but if 7 days a week that is fine.
VERY nice house and located in a quiet area.
I am 47 with a young attitude and like to socialise and am easy going but I am house proud and expect my lodger to look after the place as I do.
