About the room:
The room is the front bedroom; it includes a double bed (inc. duvet and pillows). curtains, Bedside table, cupboard, wardrobe and a small chest of drawers.
The room has been freshly painted and there is a brand new carpet.
Bills and Broadband are included within the price. There is an aerial port in this room for a TV.

About the house:
fully equipped with all kitchenware and appliances including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a full sized fridge freezer so plenty of room to store food and there is cupboard space available. There is one large bathroom with bath and shower within the property located on the ground floor.

Living room and separate dining room (sofas in each room for separate leisure space) 32 inch TV in living room with free-view and an aerial port in the dining room for a second TV.

About the Live in landlord:
I am 28 year old professional female who works full time. There is a cat living at the property who is very friendly and only has 3 legs bless her. I will accept small animals depending on what it is and how well it can behave itself, I don't want to listen to 24/7 barking or finding doors scratched and carpets ruined. I am a clean and tidy person but I don't expect to be clearing up after somebody. I would prefer to live with somebody who is working full time like myself. I am very considerate to whom I share my space with.

My partner lives in Hull so I may leave the property for a number of days, they could be in-charge of the cat if they wanted but My mum can always pop in and feed her if it's not convenient. Sometimes I take the cat with me.

I am currently gaining interest from anyone who would like to take up this lodging opportunity, I would like to meet the person before agreeing to let the room, it will not be a first come first served basis.
