I have a double room to rent that is fully furnished. A shared bathroom. kitchen and living room. I do have a another spare room I'm willing to give up as study room.
I am close to the town center and hospital. I have a large garden but no off road parking.
In general I'am a busy person who is clean and tidy. I do have a cat. but he spends most time outside in the day.
