DSS and couples will be considered. The low rent (normally £80 per week) is to attract only people who are willing to live here and give some time in lieu of rent. The main resident - a former surgeon- is elderly - but very sharp intellectually. He could benefit from occasional cooking, shopping, etc but above all some socialising on at least one evening per week: watching TV, drinking red wine (not onerous!).

Exact details will depend on fitting it around your schedule etc. Ideal house sharer will be easy going, interested in different cultures/languages (people from outside UK extremely welcome), and possibly works at the hospital.
